PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately keep the cut state of a cut electric fuse. SOLUTION: The electric fuse 200 includes wide wiring 207 and thin wiring 209. The electric fuse 200 has a parallel arrangement region 208, where a plurality of straight lines are arranged in parallel by folding back the wide wiring 207. The thin wiring 209 has wiring width that is narrower than that of the wide wiring 207, and is connected to the wide wiring 207 outside the parallel arrangement region 208.
