PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-permanent battery capable of semi-permanently outputting by utilizing combination of oxidation reduction reaction present in the natural world. SOLUTION: An iron plate 3 and a copper plate 4 are put in a plastic cell 1 filled with a solution of salt 2, lead wires 5 are drawn out, and a load or a voltmeter and an ammeter are connected to between the lead wires 5. The output of DC 40 mW is confirmed in the cell, and since the elution of the iron plate 3 into the solution of salt 2 is a little, the semi-permanent battery can be obtained.
