PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve versatility and workability by standardizing components of an offset mechanism of a disk medium regarding a screw fastening device of a disk clamp ring of a disk driving device so as to be replaceable. SOLUTION: The screw fastening device of a disk clamp ring of a disk driving device is provided with a disk medium offset mechanism 2 constituted of disk medium offset components arranged so that an angle therebetween is 120°, having a step structure where the tips of the disk medium offset components are different from each other, and having a function of pushing out disk media of different steps and different stacking positions.
