PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content processing apparatus capable of reducing processing load for displaying the content of vector-type data. SOLUTION: For the content data of the vector-type data provided to a content display device, the content processing apparatus calculates the processing load using load parameters; if the processing load is equal to or greater than a preset processing load, the apparatus performs a process for converting the vector-type description data into raster-type description data (step S1701). The raster-type data is inserted into content data including the vector-type data and is made into process data (step S1702), which is then provided to the content display device.
