PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet (foamed wallpaper) for wall covering having excellent surface strength. SOLUTION: The foamed wallpaper is obtained by forming at least a foamed resin layer on a papery substrate. (1) The foamed resin layer is formed by foaming a foaming agent-containing resin layer and (2) the foaming agent-containing resin layer is formed from a resin composition containing a polymer prepared by using at least one kind of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid as a monomer as a resin component.
