PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame retardant thermoplastic elastomer composition being free from the trouble of unpleasant odor or coloring, may compriese any type of a polyolefin resin, and has the softness being simular to that of a halogen-containing material, and also to provide its production process and an electric wire/cable using the composition. SOLUTION: The non-halogen flame retardant thermoplastic elastomer composition contains (A) 40-80 pts.wt. of a rubber cross-linked with a silane, (B) 60-20 pts.wt. of a crystalline polyolefin based resin and (C) 40-250 pts.wt. of a metal hydroxide based on 100 pts.wt. of the sum of (A) and (B).
