PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to drive a vehicle in a refreshed mood by preventing road irregularities from being transferred to a steering wheel side as vibration or an unusual noise. SOLUTION: A spindle of at least either an input shaft 3 or an output shaft 4 is pressed in the axial direction of a rack spindle 5, and a pressing means 12 for pressing a casing 2 is provided.
