PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a camera attached to a plastic bottle from falling over. SOLUTION: The digital camera 10 can be attached to a plastic bottle 44, by fitting a bottle cap 46 into a fittable part 48 formed in the underside of the camera body 12. Upon the attachment of the digital camera 10 to the plastic bottle 44, a movable cylinder 22 is moved to a collapsed position, to nullify the operation of a variable power button 42 of a remote controller 14. Subsequently, a pilot lamp 32 flashes and a loudspeaker 34 outputs a warning sound. Also, in order to draw user's attention, an alarm message 102 displayed on an LCD 30, informing that the digital camera 10 has the risk of toppling.
