PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensing device that records can be reviewed at high speed, video recording can be started while the records are reviewed, and a memory is used in common for a shockproof use and a record reviewing use so as to enable the image sensing device to be simple in configuration and reduced in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: When video recording is started; the data are written in a file A formed in recording media 106, and also written in a memory 104 at the same time. The video image data recorded in the memory 104 can be utilized as shock-proof data on occurring turbulence. When the turbulence is settled, the video image data are read out from the memory 104 and written in the recording media 106, so that a shockproof function can be realized.
