PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure for preventing break of a lamp in which occurrence of break by heat shrinkage at a boundary part D of a function part 3 and an attachment part 9 can be suppressed without increasing thickness of resin near the peripheral edge part of the plate 12 and decreasing thickness of the plate 12, in a lamp 1 of a plate insert type having a lamp main body 2 made of resin provided with the function part 3 and the attachment part 9 integrally and a reinforcement plate 12 made of metal incorporated in the function part 3 by insert molding. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of notches 13 are provided at the attachment part 9 and the attachment part 9 is divided into a plurality of divided pieces 9A, 9B to suppress occurrence of break by heat shrinkage at the boundary part D of the function part 3 and the attachment part 9, thickness of the attachment part 9 is formed smaller than thickness before forming the notches 13.
