PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for angiogenesis capable of directly injecting pyridine derivative such as nicotine, etc., having angiogenesis activity into a subcutaneous tissue or a muscle tissue and to provide a method for preparing the same. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the material for angiogenesis and method for preparing the same comprising gel formed by crosslinking through photoirradiation on a modified gelatin introduced with at least a pyridine derivative and a photosensitive group.
