PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin curing accelerator excellent in the balance between latency and curability in a high temperature region. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin curing accelerator comprises any one of tetraphenylphosphonium tetrakis(3-fluorophenyl)borate represented by formula (1) and tetraphenylphosphonium tetrakis(3,5-difluorophenyl)borate represented by formula (2) as an active ingredient.
