PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormality occurrence of a device accompanying disconnection abnormality in a common bus with respect to an electric load or input sensor, and to detect an abnormal state and report the abnormality. SOLUTION: One end 57 of the annular common bus 59 with respect to the electric loads 30a-30n or the input sensors 40a-40n is connected with a ground circuit GND of an electronic control unit 100 via a first common terminal 107, and the other end 58 is connected with the ground circuit GND via a second common terminal 108 and opening/closing element 191 for inspection. Even if the annular common bus 59 comes down at some one place, all of the electric loads 30a-30n and input sensors 40a-40n normally operate. If the annular common bus 59 comes down at some one place, when the opening/closing element 191 is opened temporarily, the positive end electric potential is pulled up by a bias resistance 195 to become high electric potential, and a transistor 198 is energized to detect or report the abnormality.
