PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing damper provided with a dynamic damper part DD having such a structure that connects an annular mass body 2 with the outer periphery of a rim part 14 of a hub 1 through damper rubber 3 and a flexible coupling part FC for transmitting driving torque to a pulley 4 from the hub 1 through coupling rubber 8 to stabilize belt driving by suppressing displacement of the pulley 4 in the axial direction. SOLUTION: A thrust bearing 6 is provided between a disc part 12 of the hub 1 and an inner peripheral flange part 44 formed in the pulley 4 along the disc part 12, a dust lip 81 is provided on the coupling rubber 8, and a thrust cover 9 brought into close-contact with the dust lip 81 is attached to the hub 1.
