PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed element for a hard foundation structure, inexpensively manufacturable with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This fixed element 21 for the hard foundation structure 1 has a cylindrical base body 22, and also has a first end part 24 having a bottom part 23 and a second end part 25 on the opposite side of the first end part 24 by arranging a tapping screw 27 on an outside surface 26 of the base body 22. An inside hooking means 28 for an installation tool is arranged in the base body 22, and this inside hooking means 28 is constituted as a through-opening 31 in the bottom part 23. The base body 22 is opened in the second end part 25, and is provided with a storage part 29 having a load hooking means 30.
