DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TYPE FLOWMETER

A differential pressure type flowmeter enabling a reduction in overall size and a reduction in the volume of wiring. A first pressure sensor (12A) and a second pressure sensor (12B) fixed to a base member (14) are disposed on both sides of a flow passage formed through an orifice member (11). A pressure difference produced across the upstream side and the downstream side of the orifice member (11) is measured by the pressure sensors to meter a flow rate. The differential pressure type flowmeter comprises individual control substrates disposed near pressure detection parts installed in pressure detection means and a main control substrate disposed in a substrate installation space formed in a base member. The individual control substrates are connected to the main control substrate through wires passed through a plurality of wiring passages formed in the housings of the pressure detection means, and an external wiring is connected to either of the individual control substrates and the main control substrate.
