A brass kiln roasting device is provided to improve the roasting efficiency by placing the plural kilns in the roasting device and to easily roast a large quantity of meat at once by placing the auxiliary roasting room with a second heating unit. A brass kiln roasting device comprises a body(100); rotating plates(200) rotatably and horizontally mounted at one side of the body with a regular interval and rotated by a motor; a kiln(400) fixed to cover the straight upper side of the rotating plate, mounted with a door(450) at one side, and installed with a first heating unit at one side of the inner part; a roasting plate(300) installed on the upper surface of the rotating plate; a supporting member vertically mounted at the center of the roasting plate and horizontally fixed with a disk plate on the upper end; plural roasting rods radially projected to the outside with plural wings(423); and interference members contacted with the wings and rotated with a predetermined angle. An auxiliary roasting room(130) is installed with a door(135) placed at the front and placed with a second heating unit at one side of the inner part. |
