A vehicle relay combining structure is provided to enhance space utilization for narrow working space by rotatably combining a relay body and a bracket, and rapidly to reduce the number of working processes by swiftly combining a connector. A vehicle relay combining structure comprises a supporting piece(11) forming a support hole(12) spaced at regular intervals on a side surface of a relay body(10); a bracket(15) forming a fixing hole with the same diameter as the support hole at one end, a fixing groove(17) spaced on an inner peripheral surface of the fixing hole at regular intervals, and a combining hole(18) at the other end; a fixing bar(20) having the same diameter as the fixing hole and the support hole, forming a fixing protrusion(21) with the same interval as the fixing groove on an outer peripheral surface, moving only in a shaft direction by a spring at the position corresponding to the support hole, and protruding the opposite side to a part where a coil spring is installed from the support hole via the fixing hole, and at the same time inserting the fixing protrusion into the fixing groove.
