<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rigidity of a carrier for holding a planetary gear in a cantilever manner and suppress improper supply of lubricating oil to a bearing for the planetary gear. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of planetary gears 16 are arranged among a sun gear 15 connected with an input shaft 14 and internal teeth 13 at the inner periphery of a rotary casing 12. A carrier 17 supports the plurality of planetary gears 16 through the bearing 23 from respective sides on one side in a cantilever condition rotatably. A plate 18 is arranged on an end part side of a shaft 29 of the carrier 17 holding the planetary gears 16 in a cantilever manner and formed so as to extend on the other side and is connected with the carrier 17 to hold load in the direction of thrust of the carrier 17.
