<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the circuit constitution of a device for composite diversity reception. <P>SOLUTION: The device for composite diversity reception includes a main reception section 100 and a sub reception section 101 and is provided with switches 109 and 111 before and behind the sub reception section 101 to bypass a filter 110 of the sub reception section 101. When the filter 110 of the sub reception section 101 is detached, the sub reception section 101 can receive a radio signal of a frequency band that the main reception section 100 receives, and consequently even the receiving device which is different in reception frequency and independent can bear main-sub relation for composite diversity reception. Only when the composite diversity reception is performed, the filter 110 of the reception section 101 is bypassed for the reception section 100, so that the reception section 101 can be used as a sub section for the reception section 100.
