<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system that can perform instant communications with preventing collision and can reduce the current consumption. <P>SOLUTION: In a communication area that is totally managed by a parent station 10, the parent station 10, a plurality of slave stations 21 to 23 that can directly communicate with the master station 10, and a plurality of relay stations 11 are placed. In addition, a plurality of slave stations 24 to 26 that can indirectly communicate with the master station 10 via the plurality of relay stations 11 are also placed.
