<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal apparatus capable of sufficiently securing capacity of a storage capacitor while preventing cross-talk of a scanning line and a data line, to provide a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal apparatus and to provide an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: A region where a pixel electrode 55 is formed has a transmission region 50A and a reflection region 50B and a passivation film 64 is formed on a switching element formed in the reflection region 50B and on the transmission region 50A. A liquid crystal layer thickness adjusting layer 65 is formed on the passivation film 64 in the reflection region 50B and the pixel electrode 55 is formed on the passivation film 64 of the transmission region 50A and on the liquid crystal layer thickness adjusting layer 65 of the reflection region 50B. The storage capacitor 53 has a pixel potential side capacitance electrode 53A disposed on the passivation film 64 of the reflection region 50B and electrically connected to the pixel electrode 55 and a common potential side capacitance electrode 53B disposed opposite to the pixel potential side capacitance electrode 53A via the passivation film 64. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
