<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil mounting substrate which prevents the generation of short-circuit failure between connecting patterns, and suppresses opening failure by enlarging a connectable region between a terminal lead wire and a connecting pattern, and also to provide a coil sucking nozzle and an sucking device for mounting coil, which effect stabilized correct sucktion and improve aligning accuracy of a surface mounting type air core coil with respect to the mounting substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The surface mounting air core coil 1 is provided with: a coil unit 1c wound by a lead wire; and a pair of terminal lead wires 1t extracted as the terminals of the coil unit 1c. The tip ends of the pair of terminal lead wires 1t are provided with a pair of abutting units 1tt formed so as to constitute single plane for connecting to connecting patterns 2p formed on the mounting substrate 2. The abutting unit 1tt constitutes the single plane by the pair of the same whereby the unit is stably disposed on the connecting pattern 2p, and is soldered to form the coil mounting substrate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
