<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ruthenium oxide from a conductive substance mainly containing ruthenium, a method for producing a ruthenium powder from the ruthenium oxide obtained by the method, and a method for directly producing the ruthenium powder from the conductive substance mainly containing ruthenium. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing ruthenium oxide includes a process for performing electrolysis in a basic electrolyte by using the conductive substance mainly containing ruthenium as an anode, a process for recovering a deposit on a cathode, and a process for heat treating the recovered substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
