<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated thin film solar cell which prevents an intermediate junction layer between a plurality of laminated photoelectric conversion layers from short-circuiting with a contact region and lowering F.F., and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A first electrode 2 is laminated on an insulating substrate 1 and is separated to a plurality by a first separation region 3. A lamination 7 is formed by laminating a first photoelectric conversion layer 4 and a second photoelectric conversion layer 5 on the separated first electrode 2 one by one. A contact constitution region 8g (a contact groove 8g) is formed by removing the lamination 7, and a contact region 8 and a second electrode 9 are formed by laminating the second electrode 9. Thereafter, a solar cell region Ace is defined by forming the second separation region 10. A lamination separation region 11 for separating the contact region 8 and the lamination 7 (a junction intermediate layer 6) is formed by removing the second electrode 9 and the lamination 7 in a discontinuous line shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
