<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbing apparatus which can highly effectively adsorb a component to be removed contained in a gas to be treated. <P>SOLUTION: In this apparatus, a passage of the gas to be treated to be introduced into an adsorbing tower A, B, C and D is switched to the readiness to connect the adsorbing apparatus in series (for example, from the adsorbing tower A to B) in the initial period of adsorption treatment and switched to the readiness to circulate the gas to be treated only through the adsorbing tower of downstream (for example, the adsorbing tower B) in the final period of adsorption treatment. Therefore, most of the component to be removed of high concentration can be adsorbed by an adsorbent in the adsorbing tower A in the initial period of adsorption treatment, and the component to be removed of low concentration in the final period of adsorption treatment can be made to adsorb on the adsorbent in the adsorbing tower B which rarely adsorbed in the initial period of adsorption treatment. Thus, the component to be removed which has been adsorbed once by the adsorbent in the adsorbing tower can be prevented from being desorbed to be discharged in air, and the component to be removed contained in the gas to be treated can be highly effectively adsorbed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
