摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further highly reliable tuning-fork piezoelectric vibrator capable of suppressing frequency fluctuations of a tuning-fork piezoelectric vibrator due to adhesion interface change of a conductive resin adhesive. SOLUTION: The tuning-fork piezoelectric vibrator is provided with a tuning-fork piezoelectric vibration piece 2, a ceramic multilayer substrate 1, and a lid body. The tuning-fork piezoelectric vibrator is composed by air-tightly sealing the lid body after covering the ceramic multilayer substrate with the lid body, in a state that the tuning-fork piezoelectric vibration piece is held on the ceramic multilayer substrate by the conductive resin adhesive. The tuning-fork piezoelectric vibration piece is composed by providing frequency adjustment electrodes 23, 24 composed of a metal material on the tip of the main face of the leg. The ceramic multilayer substrate is provided with a bottomed storage; a conductive pad for mounting the tuning-fork piezoelectric vibration piece; and a streak of a ridgeline 11d which is wider than the frequency adjustment electrode and has the part of exposing a base material of the ceramic multilayer substrate, at a position facing a part of the frequency adjustment electrode of the tuning-fork piezoelectric vibration piece held on the ceramic multilayer substrate.
