PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a capacity of a storage area required for a temporary memory small regarding to a device which converts signals from a plurality of sensors arranged along a predetermined direction to digital data, and outputs in serial in an arranged order of the sensors. SOLUTION: The device is provided with N signal lines for transmitting the signal in parallel for adjoining N pieces unit of the sensors arranged in the predetermined direction, and N memory areas corresponding to the signals; selects a corresponding memory area out of the N memory areas; and writes in a transmitting order of the signal. Reading out of the data from the memory area is performed in a unit of a sensor unit and a 1/N period, and the data are output in an arrangement order of the sensors. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
