PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing by which a turn restriction mechanism to keep the bearing from turning can be easily constituted, and an X-ray diagnostic apparatus using the bearing. SOLUTION: A bearing 50 comprises an outer-ring housing member 501 and an inner-ring housing member 502 which forms rolling elements 500 and a housing part 503 housing the rolling elements and slides through the rolling elements. The outer-ring housing member 501 or the inner-ring housing member 502 is divided into two in the thickness direction, to have a gap between the two-divided housing member.
