PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of authentication information and to improve the efficiency of network authentication. SOLUTION: A network side generates a series of first authentication information groups by repeated operation of a one-way function, allows a series of validity terms to correspond in reverse order to the generation order of authentication information and transmits the authentication information having a validity term including the end time of the authentication validity term of a mobile terminal 31 to the mobile terminal 31 as a seed. The mobile terminal 31 generates a series of second authentication information groups by the repeated operation of the one-way function while using the seed as the initial value of an argument, allows a series of validity terms to correspond in the reverse order to the generation order of the authentication information, and in the case of executing authentication, selects the authentication information which is valid at present from the second authentication information groups and transmits the selected authentication information to the network.
