PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for attaching an elastic body sheet for improving the yield or productivity, and for achieving the efficiency and cost reduction of an attachment process. SOLUTION: This device for attaching an elastic body sheet is configured of the attachment angle regulating part of an elastic body sheet 2 configured of a width guide board 5, a rotary roller 6 and a rotary guide board 7 or the like, a rotary disc 3 of the repair tool of the frame 1 and a press roller part 11 of the elastic body sheet 2 so that the paper strip-shaped elastic body sheet 2 where adhesive or an adhesive tape is attached to one face of a sheet constituted of rubber system raw materials can be circumferentially attached to a frame 1 of an object to be worked.
