PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting the floating circuit of a dynamic gate in a CMOS transistor semiconductor integrated circuit for extracting the floating circuit of a dynamic gate in the development stage of the CMOS transistor semiconductor integrated circuit, and for efficiently developing the CMOS transistor semiconductor integrated circuit device. SOLUTION: A power source, a ground terminal and wiring information to be obtained from the schematic circuit data, network data or layout data of the CMOS transistor semiconductor integrated circuit device of a CMOS transistor semiconductor integrated circuit device 1 are stored. When the respective sources and drains of two or more transistors are mutually connected to each other, and the power source and the ground are not connected, this circuit is recognized as a floating circuit configured of a dynamic gate based on the stored wiring information.
