PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display apparatus whose manufacturing cost is reduced more by making a circuit of a gate driver simpler. SOLUTION: The plasma display apparatus comprises a sustain driver 500 that comprises first switching elements M20, M30, M40, and M60 and second switching elements M50 and M70 for supplying a sustain signal, and first gate drivers 510a to 510d and second gate drivers 520a and 520b that drive each of the first and second switching elements, wherein the first gate drivers receive a driving voltage for driving the first switching elements from a driving voltage source P6 of the first gate drivers, and the second gate drivers receive a driving voltage for driving the second switching elements from an auxiliary voltage P5 of the second gate drivers.
