PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device for improving cooling performance and securing the durability of high pressure side components. SOLUTION: A refrigerating cycle includes a compressor 110, a high pressure side heat exchanger 120, a pressure reducer 131, and a low pressure side heat exchanger 141, as structural elements, wherein refrigerant sucked and compressed by the compressor 110 is circulated. The refrigerating cycle device comprises a double pipe 160 provided therein which has an outer pipe 161 and an inner pipe 162 and which uses two flow paths formed between the outer pipe 161 and the inner pipe 162 and inside the inner pipe 162 for heat exchange between high pressure refrigerant before it pressure is reduced by the pressure reducer 131 and low pressure refrigerant which is sucked into the compressor 110. The pressure reducer 131 controls the outlet side refrigerant ranging from the outlet side of the low pressure side heat exchanger 141 to the double pipe 160 to be in a condition between a drying degree of 0.9 and a superheating degree of 5°C.
