PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a base isolation floor capable of carrying out the base isolation in a room, remarkably reducing load to be received and being installed even in the existing building at a low cost by having a simple construction. SOLUTION: The base isolation floor is constituted of a large number of metal material-made fixed base plates forming flat recess sections of inner bottom surfaces arranged at predetermined intervals in floor skeletons of floors constituting one inside room etc., a large number of steel balls having diameter dimensions larger than depth dimensions of the recess sections respectively stored in a large number of these fixed base plates in a movable manner, a large number of metal material-made movable base plates respectively arranged on a large number of these fixed base plates so that they can be supported by a large number of these steel balls and movable base plates provided so as to have a base isolation gap between each of interior wall skeletons forming one interior room etc. mounted on a large number of movable base plates and each of the movable base plates.
