PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a creping adhesive, which has excellent adhesiveness between a Yankee dryer and a fiber web in the production of crepe paper, forms excellent crepe and has excellent disintegrating properties of brokes in recycling crepe paper. SOLUTION: The creping adhesive comprises a polyamide polyamine polyurea-epihalohydrin resin as a main component which is composed of a polyalkylene polyamine residue, a dicarboxylic acid residue, a urea residue and an epihalohydrin residue, contains 0.05-6.0 mol of urea residue and 0.01-1.2 mol of epihalohydrin residue in 1,000 g of resin and has more preferably 10-100 mPa s viscosity of an aqueous solution having 15 wt.% of a solid content at 25°C.
