PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose method of efficiently and firmly immobilizing a protein for immobilizing the protein on an appropriate carrier in analyzing the protein. SOLUTION: A modified protein in which a puromycin modifier having an unsaturated functional group is introduced to the C-terminal side of a protein is used and firmly immobilized on a carrier by the copolymerization reaction utilizing the unsaturated functional group.
