PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body lower part structure capable of ensuring sufficient rigidity of a body even when a tread surface of a step is descended. SOLUTION: In the vehicle body lower part structure having a side member, a rocker and a brace, the brace extending along a longitudinal direction of the side member and a longitudinal direction of the rocker is interposed at a clearance of the side member and the rocker and the brace is joined to the side member and the rocker along the longitudinal direction of the side member and the longitudinal direction of the rocker. Since a joining area of the brace and the side member and a joining area of the brace and the rocker become large, rigidity of the body is largely enhanced and the rigidity of the body can be sufficiently ensured even if the tread surface of the step is descended.
