PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible the control of the number of execution of initialization processing while maintaining the control accuracy of a direct current brush motor 1. SOLUTION: In an actuator system for a vehicle air conditioner, initialization processing is performed every time the number of counts SK reaches the number of operations X (step 140). The number of operations X is the number of operations which requires initialization processing by repeatedly driving the direct current brush motor 1, and is the number of operations decided beforehand based on the probability that an electronic control device 4 improperly detects a surge component (a spinning signal). Since the timing of the performance of the initialization processing is decided based on the number of operations X, the number of execution of initialization processing can be controlled while maintaining control accuracy of the direct current brush motor 1.
