PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device and an inkjet recording method which enable the recording of a high-grade image by stabilizing the discharging quantity of an ink by selecting a driving condition considering a thermal conductivity of a thermoelectric converter. SOLUTION: The thermal conductivity from a heater to the ink is ranked as heater ranks, and the voltage VH of a drive pulse applied to the heater is changed according to the heater ranks.
