PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which can be used suitably for an assembly such as a clear case or clear box and has adhesive properties and printing properties (especially after a long period of time). SOLUTION: The laminate is composed of a resin paint film and an unstretched thermoplastic resin substrate. The wet tension of the paint film surface of the laminate is 40-60 mN/m. The glass transition temperature of the resin of the paint film is preferably at least 35°C. In a method for producing the laminate, the resin paint film, after being laminated on the unstretched thermoplastic resin substrate, is subjected to physical surface treatment.
