PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head unit which conducts the removal of a head to enable the re-sticking and the recycling of a head and effects the cost reduction. SOLUTION: In a pattern forming apparatus 1, the single head unit 20 is composed by adhering and fixing the side face of the head 15 to discharge ink to the head face 21 to be adhered of the fixing tool 19 with an adhesive 27. A plurality of tap apertures 25 penetrated from the head face 21 to be adhered of the fixing tool 19 of the single head unit 20 to the back face 22 to be adhered are installed to the side face longitudinal direction of the head 15. When the head 15 is removed, a plurality of bolts 29 are inserted from the back face 22 to be adhered to the tap apertures 25, and the head 15 and the adhesive 27 are pressed with the leading front of the bolt 29 from the side face. The head 15 is easily removed and recycled without failure and deformation by adding uniform force. Thus, the effect of the cost reduction is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
