<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a routing method of a wireless network and a wireless communication system whereby the whole battery energy of the wireless communication system can effectively and efficiently be used by optimally routing packet signals by taking into account the residual power capacity of the batteries of node wireless stations. <P>SOLUTION: A database memory 154 stores adjacent wireless stations wirelessly communicatable from each wireless station, data of azimuth from each wireless station to its adjacent wireless stations, the residual power of the batteries of the adjacent wireless stations, and a link state table stored by each wireless station. Each node wireless station periodically transmits a wireless signal including the link state table and updates data in the link state table when receiving the wireless signal. The routing method references the link state table in each link of paths from a transmission wireless station to a destination wireless station to calculate a link weight represented to include used power resulting from subtracting the residual power from the entire capacity power of the battery, calculates the whole link weight being the linear sum of the link weights, and selects a path with a minimum entire link weight to route the wireless signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
