<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file management device capable of reducing a load of a file registerer while orderly managing access of the file upon a new user registration for allowing operation of a file. <P>SOLUTION: The file management device is equipped with: a user registration authority transfer means for transferring user registration authority from a user holding the user registration authority which is authority for registering a user who is allowed to operate a file; a notification means for notifying the user registration authority to a first user; and a user registering means for registering a second user as the user who is allowed to operate the file when second user information is received from the first user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
