<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a recycled cartridge in a recording device in the same manner as a genuine product. <P>SOLUTION: The cartridge recycling system includes: an initial value data storage part 15 for storing identification data corresponding to external identification information which can be recognized from the outside of the cartridge 1 and initial value data including change data in a memory 2 having possibility that it is changed because of use by the recording device when initially shipping the cartridge 1 while making the data correspond to each other; an input reception part 11 for receiving the input of the identification data corresponding to the external identification information of the cartridge 1 being a recycling object; an initial value data retrieval part 17 for retrieving the initial value data corresponding to the received identification data from an initial value data storage part 15; and an initial value data writing part 16 for writing the retrieved initial value data in the memory 2 of the cartridge 1 being the recycling object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
