PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a construction process by enhancing construction accuracy by adding a simple device to a house having high thermal insulation performance and airtight performance for attaining an environmental countermeasure and energy-saving. SOLUTION: A building and a construction method are provided for coexisting with a comfortable environment by energy-saving as a result of improving the airtight performance and the thermal insulation performance while avoiding complication of the construction process by developing a required member, combining the members and developing a combining method of the members for securing the airtight performance and the thermal insulation performance of a building.
