PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a speed controller for a motor with wound coils, which can finely control the speed of the motor with wound coils, without using a mechanism for mechanically raising and lowering an electrode, and a speed control system for the motor with wound coils. SOLUTION: This controller controls the secondary resistance value of the motor 3 with wound coils, by changing the liquid level of the electrolyte within a load cell 11, making use of the air pressure of a compressor 24, thereby adjusting the section of the electrode 12 soaked in the electrolyte. Hereby, it can finely control the speed of the motor 3 with wound coils, without using a mechanism for raising and lowering the electrode 12 mechanically. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
