PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform smooth photographing by facilitating the operation of a function provided separately on a lens side and an imaging apparatus side. SOLUTION: The lens device 8 attachably/detachably attached to the imaging apparatus 9 has a first operation means 17 and a control means 15 outputting a signal for controlling the function of the imaging apparatus in accordance with the operation of the first operation means. Another lens device 80 has a first operation means 31 and a second operation means 32. It has a control means 15 outputting a signal for controlling the first function of the lens device according to the operation of the second operation means when the first operation means 31 is in a first state, and controlling the second function of the imaging apparatus according to the operation of the second operation means when the first operation means is set in a second state.
