PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microreactor wherein a liquid sending system having a simple constitution and high accuracy is integrated for rapid processing and detection, capable of highly accurate detection, and a micro comprehensive analysis system. SOLUTION: A protein and a pH-adjusting flocculation accelerator are immobilized on the surface of a substrate. The pH of protein solution is adjusted at an isoelectric point of the protein or its periphery by adding the pH-adjusting flocculation accelerator in the presence of the substrate, to thereby adsorb the protein on the substrate surface. The protein suitable therefor is streptoavidin or albumin. The pH-adjusting flocculation accelerator is preferably gluconic acid, phosphoric acid or glucono-δ-lactone. The substrate is used as a microreactor substrate or a suitable substrate for a passage element, and high sensitivity analysis of a trace sample becomes possible by being used properly for the microreactor.
