PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding boss type clamp functioned to move a boss-shaped protrusion up and down without changing the sizes of a lower plate and a body. SOLUTION: Holing work is applied to the lower plate for moving the boss-shaped protrusion up and down, and screwing work is applied to the boss-shaped protrusion with a fastening effective screw size or more. The boss-shaped protrusion is combined with the lower plate to give simple fall-down preventing treatment to a boss. Thus, when fastening a bolt, the boss-shaped protrusion is put in the recess of the clamp body to serve conventional function, and when removing the bolt, the boss-shaped protrusion is housed in the lower plate in the state of flattening a mating face between the lower plate and the body.
